v1.0.0 — first release

Fixes Govee lights that appear in SimHub's ambient lighting but never respond, caused by
newer Govee wifi firmware (4.x) reporting a null IP address instead of its own.

Download: GoveeFix.exe below. No installer, no .NET runtime needed.
