First public release of the tool.

Generate native .xlsx workbooks from a JSON spec
Multi-sheet workbooks with Excel Tables, freeze panes and auto-filter
Live formulas on columns and totals (Excel recalculates on open)

Single self-contained .py for Open WebUI Tools
