Highlights

  • Add a verified stable-Release updater inside the Skin Switcher.
  • Check only when the popover opens and reuse a persistent one-hour cache.
  • Resolve Release tags to immutable commit SHAs and verify package name, repository, version, and DSH metadata before installation.

Upgrade note

The in-product updater is introduced in v0.4.0. Installations older than v0.4.0 need one manual upgrade; later stable Releases can be installed from the Skin Switcher.

Verified with DSH Web 0.1.1-rc.2.
