Verification release

  • No functional changes. Publishes v0.4.2 to exercise the in-product update chain end to end: one-click update from a GitHub install, then the service-manager-aware Restart now introduced in v0.4.1 (exit code 75 so a Restart=on-failure unit re-launches DSH Web).

Verified with DSH Web 0.1.1-rc.2.
