Supply configuration to create users and passwords to connect to QMGR

Hi, we have deployed MQ advanced server with web console, I was able to supply webuser xml and get the UI working, but is there a way we can create users and passwords so users from MQ Explorer can login?

From MQ Explorer, we can login with default user mqm but looking to add more users and passwords for these users.

Please share an example.
