Changes for 2.1.7

Fix a severe bug, happens when sub library opened.
Go to other place and use the shortcut to opened link library, it will opened the main library, and you can not opened it's sub library, and if you close the main library, the sub library will be damaged and links changed.
Fixed by when using the gesture to opened the link library, if sub library is opened, it will bring it to foreground.
