  • [minor] Write reconstructed position and time (#47)

Add x, y and z position from the reco I3Position and the corresponding
time to the result file for each scanned pixel. This allows to display
the reconstructed track later for visualization. I will make a
corresponding PR in skymap_scanner as well.

Adds a data format version flag to allow backwards compatibility with reading existing results using the previous version.
