Improved taf.boot() so it is not affected by getOption("pkgType"). Changed taf.boot() so it handles multiple filenames/URLs in 'source' field, separated by comma. Handled by internal function process.entry().

Changed taf.skeleton() so it sets 'pkgs' to either "TAF" or "icesTAF", depending on whether the icesTAF package is attached. The header comments produced by taf.skeletion() have also been simplified.
