Summary

install the build toolchain required to compile unicodedata2 in the Python 3.13 slim test image
exclude nested pytest caches and local temp artifacts from Docker build contexts

Verification

backend-test Docker stage built successfully
unicodedata2 import returned Unicode version 15.1.0
git diff --check passed
