Warning

Early pre-release — not yet stable. This is the first release of the ICT Solutions fork and is under active
development. Configuration, environment variables, and behaviour may still change before v1.0.0. Use with care.

What is this

A small Go service that bridges Prometheus Alertmanager
(and Grafana) webhooks to the signal-cli-rest-api, delivering alerts
into Signal chats and groups. Routing to groups is driven by the recipients label on each alert.

This is a fork of schlauerlauer/alertmanager-webhook-signal
(MIT, Janek Lauer), adapted to ICT Solutions' packaging and deployment conventions.

Included in this release

  • Configuration from environment variables at startup, with Docker / Swarm secret support (<NAME>__FILE), plus an
    optional static config.yaml mode.
  • Multi-arch image (linux/amd64, linux/arm64) published to GHCR as a static, non-root Alpine image.
  • CI/CD: gofmt, go vet, go test -race, golangci-lint, shellcheck; Docker pipeline with hadolint, Trivy
    scan, SBOM and build-provenance attestation.
  • Release automation via Release Drafter (conventional commits) with build-time version injection.
  • Deployment examples: Docker Compose (Traefik + IP allow-list), Alertmanager and Prometheus rules.

Status

Not production-stable yet — still being shaped. Feedback and issues welcome.
