APSA v1.0.5

APSA now reports unreadable source subtrees and files as incomplete audits. Per-file read errors preserve the failure warning while scanning the remaining readable files, and diagnostics retain relative paths. A tree with no readable supported files fails explicitly.

Failed iOS simulator container storage enumeration, metadata inspection, or reads leave the capture not-run, so an unobserved canary cannot establish deletion. Known canary values are masked in capture errors, and incomplete recaptures retain prior runtime findings.

Validation: 612 tests, Ruff check/format, Pyright, and the 31-case curated corpus passed. Release builds verify repeated wheel/sdist hashes and clean installation with source/APK scans, MCP stdio, compatibility aliases, and packaged skills. Added runtime regressions use local fixture adapters; no new device executions or production accuracy study are claimed.
