Colocate metadata and blur cache with image variants
Metadata (meta.json) and blur placeholder (blur.txt) are now stored directly in the source image's cache directory alongside generated variants:

Previously these lived in separate meta/ and blur/ hash-based trees, which meant deleteBySource() left orphaned metadata and blur files behind. Now all cached data for an image is cleaned up in one directory delete.
