Demo fixtures

Run npm run demo from the repository root. Fixtures are standalone engine documents:

• four-spaces.json: coordinate spaces, dragging and transitions.
• plane-transformations.json: shear and complex mapping.
• picture-in-picture.json: synchronized insets.
• greens-theorem.json: circulation and area (/#greens).
• all-animations.json: event chapters (/#animations); regenerate it and its chapter metadata with node scripts/create-animation-demo.mjs.
• manim-additions.json: extended geometry, fields and tracing.

The demo’s Run browser checks exercises loading, camera behavior, resizing, overrides, failures and disposal. Use npm test for headless checks.
