Reaction-diffusion equations in cylindrical coordinates, with Newton-Robin and von Neumann inhomogenous BCs

I'm trying to approximate a set of diffusion-reaction equations in an axially symmetrical surroundings
( $$\tilde{u} = \int u d\phi $$ instead of u ), with Newton-Robin conditions on part of z ($$r=0$$) axis, and $$\partial_n = 0 $$ (zero flow ) on other boundaries.
Moreover, Newton-Robin conditions are given by another set of differential equations , which depend on substances , being absorbed by some narrow thread in r=0 ($$\frac{\partial u }{\partial r} _{r=0} $$). Thus, they need to be re-calculated every timestep. Of course, each timestep needs to be recorded.
Is it possible to implement such a scene using moose ?
NB : there isn't a special topic for reaction-diffusion equations here, thus i decided to place my question here cause the equations are similar to those of thermal transfer.
