Rolling "latest" build of the VTB Assistant knowledge pack — these assets are overwritten every time this workflow runs, so this tag always has the newest zips, triggered by this merge into main. vtb-assistant-plugin.zip: extract to ~/.claude/skills/vtb-assistant/ for Claude Code (no build step, no marketplace). vtb-docs-skill.zip: upload directly to claude.ai / ChatGPT Skills.
