Create Project v0.1.0

Create Project turns a new project idea into a scoped, validated outcome through one portable skill and four conditional workflow guides.

• Adaptive routes for small builds, multi-session work, and uncertain research.
• Durable project context, behavioral slices, and evidence-based delivery.
• Self-contained Agent Skills package with optional Codex interface metadata.
• MIT license, installation documentation, package regression tests, and behavioral evaluation cases.

Install with:

The attached ZIP contains the standalone skill folder, including its references and license. Repository source downloads also include maintainer tools and evaluation cases.

Validation: package checks and 10 regression tests pass on Windows and Linux with Python 3.11 and 3.14. The Skills CLI discovers the skill from GitHub, and the complete folder was installed and validated locally for Codex.

Behavioral evaluation scenarios are included but have not been executed as independent agent runs. Claude Code and Cursor behavior and automatic selection are not certified by the package tests.
