Admin housekeeping and clearer documentation. Nothing changes in how the plugin syncs your store or how the assistant behaves on the storefront, so this is a safe update from 1.0.0.

Changed

  • The "WooCommerce required" notice now appears only on the dashboard and the plugins screen, and it can be dismissed. Previously it rendered on every admin page with no way to close it.
  • The plugin declares its WooCommerce dependency through the Requires Plugins header on WordPress 6.5 and later, so WordPress manages the dependency for you. Older versions ignore the header safely.

Documentation

  • readme.txt now states plainly that the chat panel carries a small "idea89" label in its footer, why the widget is served from api.idea89.com rather than bundled into the plugin, and how to ask about removing the label.

Installing

Download idea89-assistant-1.0.1.zip below, then in wp-admin go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and select the file. No Composer step and no build step: the zip is ready to run as-is.

Requires WordPress 6.4 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later, and PHP 7.4 through 8.4.
