The in-chat checkout starts on the right country. The checkout
context now sends default_country: the customer's shipping country (a
signed-in customer's address, or what WooCommerce's "Default customer
location" gives a guest), else the shop's base country. The assistant's
delivery form now lists countries by name and starts on it, instead of
asking shoppers for a two-letter code.
Changed
The Personalization help text now says where the signing secret comes
from: create it in the IDEA89 dashboard (Settings › Widget ›
Personalization) and paste it here.
Removed
The Brand colour field (IDEA89 > Settings > Appearance). Set the
colour in the IDEA89 dashboard instead, under Settings > Widget, with the
theme, fonts and a live preview. The plugin printed this colour on the
storefront and it silently beat the dashboard, so the dashboard's picker,
preview and contrast warning showed one colour while shoppers saw another.
The first time an administrator opens wp-admin after upgrading, a colour
you had set here is sent to IDEA89 once and the option is deleted. IDEA89
uses it only if the dashboard is still on the theme's own palette, so
shoppers keep seeing the same colour. The store locator page also follows
the dashboard colour now.
The Store context setting (IDEA89 > Appearance). It was saved in
WordPress but never sent to IDEA89, so the assistant never saw it. Describe
your store in the IDEA89 dashboard instead, under Settings > AI & Knowledge >
Store context. Text you entered here is sent to IDEA89 once, on the first
admin page load after updating, and used if the dashboard field is empty;
the WordPress copy is then deleted. If IDEA89 cannot be reached it tries
again 12 hours later.
Fixed
Signed-in shoppers are recognised. The chat widget never asked this
plugin who was signed in on WooCommerce (it skipped the check for an older
plugin that had no endpoint), so personalization, a signed-in shopper's
recent orders and "When signed in" quick actions never worked here. The
plugin now publishes the site's base path so the check, and the in-chat
order card, also reach WordPress on a subfolder install (/shop/).
