Assertion 4, diagnostics, ships. It was declared, deferred and skipped by both
runners from the day the corpus was written; feature 002 gave both libraries a
shared code vocabulary and landed it. Nothing is deferred any more.

Eight cases are new: two introspection cases covering field order in an older
schema, two parse-diagnostics cases covering the raising and returning paths
from one input read both ways, and five writer-option cases, one per control.
