Failure to Launch GUI (MacOS Qt5Agg)

I am using MacOS (Sequoia 15.7.3) and TI-Toolbox V2.2.3 and am unable to open the GUI via the GUI command.

Hi @spprahl,

1. Are you launching TI-Toolbox via the desktop application or bash script?
2. please try to run freeview command from the terminal and report if you are able to launch the FreeSurfer GUI.
3. What XQuartz version do you have on your machine?

In the meantime, you should be able to use all the CLI functionality. ref: https://idossha.github.io/TI-Toolbox/wiki/cli/

Thank you for your prompt response!

I am launching via the bash script. I am running XQuartz 2.7.7 (xorg-server 1.15.2). And I get the following error when I try to run the freeview command.

okay. If you have not done so in a while, please delete your .sh and .yml scripts and redownload them. Then try again. If that did not work, please download the config_sys.sh which you can find here: https://github.com/idossha/TI-Toolbox/blob/main/dev/bash_dev/config_sys.sh run it once, and then try to launch again.

Running config_sys.sh fixed the problem. Both freeview and GUI commands are working now!
