Summary

  • add skillhub upgrade <coordinate...> for explicitly selected managed installations
  • preserve local content on source conflicts, local modifications, version regressions, and failed replacement
  • serialize install, remove, and upgrade mutations for the same target
  • add CLI tests and user documentation

Scope

This is the first delivery slice of #789. It does not implement bounded namespace browsing, selected sync pull, server-side namespace membership APIs, or sync diff redesign. The parent issue must remain open.

Validation

  • independent exact-diff review completed with no blocker/high finding
  • current-SHA CLI typecheck, lint, build, and tests
  • built CLI exercised against local registry
  • exact-SHA local runtime/auth smoke
