added modsetting allowing to adjust the time interval between SRS trade ships
added modsetting enabling robots to wear apparel (not correctly fitting apparel will not be addressed)
increased mood boost given by the robot consciousness to 100
adjusted robot test spawn behavior so robots are spawned on the current player's map, if multiple exist
added missing energy label description in needs tab
