Changes
- Setup check (Settings → Setup, or "Setup check" in the palette): finds missing CLIs, logins, gh, the status-hook helper, folder trust and broken project folders, with a fix hint for each. Runs at launch; the home page shows a badge when something needs attention and the new-session sheet warns if the chosen agent is missing.
- Task dependencies: a task can be blocked by other tasks of its project. Blocked tasks show a lock, cannot run until their prerequisites are Done, and the auto-run queue skips them and moves on when a prerequisite finishes.
- Windows and Linux desktop preview work under
apps/desktop(Electron), plus Git workflow hardening from that effort. The macOS app is unchanged by it.

Convoy Desktop Preview 0.1.1
Fixes in 0.1.1:
- Avoid a Windows terminal resize error when the process has already exited.
- Show recovery guidance when an agent fails or Claude cannot find a saved conversation.
- Create a fresh recovery session while keeping the original saved record, without automatically starting the agent or replaying the old prompt.
- Improve Git review races, draft preservation, terminal rendering and resize performance.
Electron preview for Windows and Linux (x64).
Includes projects, saved Claude Code/Codex sessions, two terminal panes, Git worktrees, tasks, specs, agent status and Files & Changes. Some native macOS features are still being ported.
- Windows: run the .exe installer. This preview is unsigned.
- Linux: install the .deb package, or make the AppImage executable and run it. Some distributions require FUSE.
- Install Git and sign in to Claude Code or Codex CLI. Install GitHub CLI (gh) for pull requests.
Native macOS continues on its separate stable release. These installers are published unchanged from CI after unit, PTY, UI and app lifecycle checks on Windows and Ubuntu 22.04. SHA256SUMS.txt contains the installer checksums.

Changes
- History is now part of Sessions: with nothing selected, the Sessions tab lists every saved Claude Code and Codex conversation for the folder, ready to resume. The separate History tab is gone; ⌥⌘4 is Tasks and ⌥⌘5 is Docs.
- Session names are optional. An unnamed session is titled after the first line of its first message, or " · ", and its worktree branch follows from that.

- Files & Changes stays readable in a narrow panel: the header and diff toolbar reflow instead of clipping.
- Diffs hide the indentation every line shares, so deeply nested code no longer starts off-screen.
- Better split view: wrapped equal columns, highlighted changed spans inside edited lines, and a unified fallback when the panel is too narrow for two columns.
