feat(xr): add version selection, dynamic quality, and global bitrate settings

  • Version Selection (Media Source): Choose between different versions (e.g., 3D vs. 2D) before or during playback.
  • Dynamic Quality Selection: Change bitrate on the fly (Auto up to 120 Mbps).
  • Global Bitrate Settings: Set default max streaming bitrate in app settings.
  • Voice Commands: Added quality/bitrate voice adjustment support.
  • UI Refinement: Fixed SpatialDialog height constraints to prevent crashes on long lists.
