rebrand to Ignite

Adding a note: while converting Starport name to Ignite we should check if we should use Ignite or Ignite CLI depending on where this change is being done.

Please use chore/branding as your base branch.

• Bump ignite-hq/cli version in templates to v0.20.0 - @ilgooz
• Solve rebranding: solve points proposed by @soniasingla  #2271 - @ignite-hq/growth-ecodev
• Solve docs(rebranding): replace Starport in commands and text throughout docs #2253
• Make sure there is no starport word left (except placeholders) in the source code when you make a project wide search. - @ignite-hq/growth-ecodev

I think this issue is a duplicate of #2253
where you'll see the replace strategy, I'll tag questions in the PR #2262
