Base Changes:

Increased Size
Added the ability to deselect all arenas and bosses
Added the French UWYG

Logic Changes:

Evergaols will no longer have erdtree avatars, PCR 1 & 2, and Elden Beast
Messmer cannot be at Misbegotten Crucible Knight Duo in Redmane Castle
Maliketh is prevented from being in Mountaintops + Theodorix due to a bug
Godskin Duo cannot be in Castle Sol
