Metadata-only fix on top of v0.2.2.

Anthropic's MCPB directory submission form states four requirements. Three passed; the fourth did not:

Have a valid manifest.json with the "author" field pointed at your GitHub profile

author.url was the docs site (igorsaevets.github.io/page2ai-docs/about/). It is now https://github.com/igorsaevets.

No runtime change from v0.2.2. Bundle re-verified by unpacking and running: both protocol eras answered, serverInfo reports 0.2.3, tools/call on the Astro page returns 4,838 characters.
