• Usage gate: tool calls now gate through the pro usage gate — session-frozen block at the cap with an 80% warning line; freeze idempotency covered by tests.
• License: fail-closed-after-grace verdict for offline usage; frozen block lifted on `activate_license`; month-rollover handling in offline usage tracking.
• Single-use link token used for activation instead of the raw installationId.
• Telemetry: split an always-on metering heartbeat from opt-out analytics.
• Notifications: LogBox threshold banner + full-screen deferral warning; fixed a notification double-fire race and guarded invalid deferral dates.
• Meta: restored usage/cap display in `get_license_status`.
