Fixes

• execute_in_app: detect stale CDP targets on ws=OPEN evaluate timeouts. An app reloaded out from under the connection (shake / Metro r) previously failed every call until the next reconnect trigger. Now disambiguated with two independent signals — a CDP liveness probe plus Metro's target list — so a merely busy JS thread is never mistaken for a dead context and the caller's expression is not silently re-run.
• execute_in_app: fail in-flight calls on socket close instead of hanging, and accept async IIFEs.
• reload_app: auto-connect when a device argument is supplied.
• telemetry: make the empty-result signal for get_logs / get_network_requests measurable. SDK-served responses no longer count as empty when the CDP buffer is idle, and a filter that matches nothing is reported as filtered_out rather than flagged empty — the metric now tracks capture reliability, not query selectivity.
