Fix: Prioritize accessibility over fiber for text taps & filter off-screen elements

  • Text-based tap now tries accessibility strategy before fiber — faster and more reliable for visible text matching.
  • iOS and Android accessibility search now filters out off-screen elements (scroll views, pagers) to prevent tapping hidden duplicates. Falls back to all elements if no visible match is found.
