Bug fixes for multi-device targeting, connection errors and license activation.

  • input_text: pin the resolved field so a landed write stops reporting failure
  • android_screenshot: never enrich one device's screenshot with another device's fiber data
  • ios_boot_simulator: boot shut-down simulators instead of answering with a circular "boot it with ios_boot_simulator" error; resolve physical Android serials
  • connect_metro: explain a proxied-Metro 401 instead of leaking the raw websocket error
  • Reconnect: honor autoReconnect:false and give up on a dead mirror target
  • activate_license: stop claiming an upgrade when activation links a free account; report the plan, the remaining cap and where it resets
