Sidetone v0.1.21

Alpha build of Sidetone. Desktop app: the installer for your system (.msi or -setup.exe on Windows, .dmg on macOS, .deb or .rpm on Linux), or a portable copy that needs no install (_portable.zip on Windows, .app.tar.gz on macOS, .AppImage on Linux). Command line: the sidetone-* archive for your platform; run sidetone with no arguments and the full app opens in the browser.

The installers are not signed yet: on Windows choose "More info, Run anyway"; on macOS right-click the app and choose Open the first time.
