Noti 1.0.1

Maintenance update for Noti.

Noti 1.0.1 adds visible version information, improves editing limits and exit
handling, and publishes complete documentation for the current note workflow.

What's new

• Added an About button and dialog that shows the exact application version
• Embedded consistent 1.0.1.0 version metadata in the executable and manifest
• Increased the note body limit to 64 MiB and raised title and tag limits
• Save the current note and window state before quitting from the tray
• Expanded the search toolbar layout

Current workflow

• Organize notes with tags and filter them with #tag
• Switch between searching all notes and finding within the current note
• Edit with line numbers and light or dark themes
• Restore notes from trash or permanently delete them
• Auto-save locally to SQLite under %APPDATA%\Noti\noti.db
