Upgrading

Stored data carries over across every release. Only these releases need code changes:

From → to	What to change
1.0 → 1.1	Nothing required. Two different equals on one index now match nothing instead of failing a precondition.
0.6 → 1.0	Nothing required. 1.0 freezes the 0.6 API; batch saves are faster.
any → 0.6	Nothing required. To use indexed fields, adopt LocalStorageIndexed; existing records are indexed automatically.
≤ 0.4 → 0.5	LocalStorageError gained migrationFailed(key:underlying:) (and Code.migrationFailed). Add a case to exhaustive switch statements.
≤ 0.2 → 0.3+	Nothing required. New parameters all have defaults.
