Release list
Splicore v0.3.0-rc.4
Splicore v0.3.0-rc.4
This release candidate expands native Core protocol and protected-destination capabilities.
Highlights
- Experimental native TrustTunnel inbound/outbound TCP and UDP over authenticated HTTP/2 or HTTP/3.
- Native REALITY protected destinations using a local tunnel guard, bounded TLS SNI inspection and route-only matching.
- Fixed configured destination authority with Core DNS integration. Configured Core DNS failures do not implicitly fall back to system DNS.
- Fail-closed routing for non-approved, malformed or unusable-SNI protected-destination traffic.
See TrustTunnel and local tunnel guard configuration for configuration and limits. No full Xray defender, ECH decryption, TLS termination or generic UDP firewall parity is claimed. Explicit Core system-resolver and DNS-disabled configurations retain their intended behavior.
Validation and compatibility
- Linux amd64: build and Core regression validation passed.
- Linux arm64: BUILD ONLY; runtime and real hardware are not qualified.
- Core regression tests passed for the frozen source used by this public export.
- TrustTunnel remains experimental; historical intermittent reference EOF behavior is not proven absent or fully explained. Reference empty UDP and single-byte payload limitations remain documented.
- Real hardware and product CLI/API end-to-end qualification remain pending. A previously documented host-specific UDP fragmentation limitation remains relevant; isolated qualification passed.
- This is a prerelease.

Splicore v0.3.0-rc.3
Splicore v0.3.0-rc.3
This release candidate completes several native Hysteria2 transport capabilities.
Highlights
- Salamander obfuscation and Gecko obfuscation (experimental).
- UDP port hopping with fixed or randomized intervals and mixed single-port/range addressing.
- Linux server UDP port ranges using nftables, requiring
nftand suitable network-administration privileges such asCAP_NET_ADMIN. - Hysteria2 interoperability and socket lifecycle hardening.
hy2://andhysteria2://links preserve supported obfuscation and multi-port addressing. Interval and Gecko size tuning require native configuration.
Compatibility and qualification
- Linux amd64.
- Linux arm64 — BUILD ONLY; runtime is not qualified.
- Real hardware is NOT YET QUALIFIED. Product CLI/API end-to-end qualification remains NOT QUALIFIED.
- A host-specific UDP fragmentation limitation was observed in one Windows/WSL environment; isolated qualification remained passing and no transport regression was identified.
See the Hysteria transport documentation for configuration, limits and supported combinations.

Splicore v0.3.0-rc.2
Splicore v0.3.0-rc.2
This release candidate expands Splicore's native Core protocol and transport support.
Highlights
- Native NaiveProxy with HTTPS/H2 CONNECT and QUIC/H3 CONNECT, TLS, Basic authentication, multi-user operation, multiplexing and Naive padding.
- Native modern mKCP inbound and outbound transport: reliable ordered streams over UDP, including VLESS and VMess compositions.
- Native Hysteria transport for Hysteria2: TLS and HTTP/3 authentication, TCP and UDP, multi-user operation and connection reuse. Congestion modes include BBR, Brutal and force-brutal; masquerade supports 404, string, rooted files and HTTP/HTTPS proxying.
- Native XHTTP H1/H2 transport with bounded upload modes and connection reuse.
Compatibility and qualification
- Linux amd64.
- Linux arm64 — BUILD ONLY; runtime is not qualified.
- Real hardware is NOT YET QUALIFIED. Product CLI/API end-to-end qualification remains NOT QUALIFIED.
- Native BBR has no Linux/reference equivalence or performance certification.
NaiveProxy payload is TCP only. Consult the protocol documentation for supported security and transport combinations.

Splicore v0.3.0-rc.1
Splicore v0.3.0-rc.1
Prerelease for real-world deployment validation before v0.3.0 stable.
Highlights
- Native VLESS Vision over TLS 1.3 or REALITY.
- TCP FinalMask: header-custom, fragment and Sudoku.
- Native AnyTLS client and server, protocol v2 and bounded v1 compatibility.
- AnyTLS TCP and UDP-over-TCP v2, session reuse, multiplexing, padding and dynamic padding.
- Shared native routing, DNS, policy and persistent Core management.

Compatibility and deployment
Real-world server/hardware deployment is NOT YET QUALIFIED. This experimental
prerelease is intended for deployment testing. Linux arm64 runtime is not qualified.
Vision is TCP only and requires raw TLS 1.3 or REALITY; HTTP wrappers are rejected.
FinalMask is a raw VLESS underlay; Sudoku is obfuscation, not encryption.
AnyTLS requires TLS and has no TCP half-close. UDP-over-TCP inherits TCP delay;
peer UDP payload limits differ. Consult the protocol documentation before deployment.
Splicore v0.2.1
Splicore v0.2.1
Splicore is an independent proxy Core usable as both Server Core and Client Core.
Highlights
- Provides a clean public Core source release without internal development, validation or maintenance artifacts.
- Removes internal maintenance-path exposure from public compatibility metadata.
- Preserves the supported protocol, transport, routing, DNS, policy and TUN Core capabilities documented in the repository.
- Provides official Linux Core binaries for amd64 and arm64.
