3.1 Windows Cache Cleaner & Update/Optimize

Hello, I'm thrilled to finally be able to bring you a new version of the script after so long 😎

I've taken advantage of the opportunity, and with a little help from AI and some logic I learned this year in my advanced studies,

I've managed to optimize the program as much as possible. I hope its performance is improved; there was far too much redundant code...

I've taken advantage of the opportunity and used loops to avoid the large amount of code I had before. This way, we achieve less code for the same functionality. ✅
