🎉 New Features

Smarter PR Review Resolution (#1021)

  • Agents now cross-reference review submissions (the "Submit review" verdicts) against inline comments to identify truly unresolved feedback
  • Previously, agents could report findings as unresolved even when they'd already been addressed via a review submission
  • Agents now reply directly within specific comment threads rather than posting standalone reviews

🐛 Bug Fixes

--create-only no longer fails when IDE is missing (#1023)

  • il start --create-only previously required the configured IDE (e.g., VS Code, Cursor) to be installed, even though it never launches it
  • Now correctly skips IDE validation, matching the behavior of --no-code
