Changed JUNIT4TEST pattern to be not reported if RunWith is present

If the test class or any of it superclasses is annotated with RunWith, detector will not report the warning.

Just published what I've used for years.

  • The zip contains Eclipse offline update site for installation into Eclipse.
  • The jar file is the plugin itself, which can be either used with SpotBugs (place to spotbugs/plugin directory) or Eclipse (place to eclipse/dropins directory).
