Feature Request: Remote Start/Stop Therapy + Screen Auto-Off Timer

Excited to see where this goes, especially the BLE approach over the old SD-card method.
Wanted to flag a couple of feature ideas for your consideration.

Since SomnoTrace holds the AS11's single BLE client slot, I'm no longer able
to run MyAir alongside it, which means I've lost MyAir's start/stop therapy
control. My machine isn't within arm's reach when I sleep, so that control
helped my routine.

Request 1: Start/Stop Therapy from SomnoTrace
Since SomnoTrace already holds the BLE connection to the AS11, could it
expose a start/stop therapy control (Screen UI and/or physical button)
equivalent to what MyAir offers? This would restore that functionality for
anyone who can't run both apps simultaneously due to the single-client BLE
limit.

Request 2: Screen Auto-Off Timer
I saw "LCD Brightness" listed under Hardware Preferences (Coming Soon) —
would this also include a screen-off timer/schedule, or just a dimming
scale? A configurable auto-off (e.g., "off after X minutes" or a scheduled
off-time) would let the screen go fully dark during sleep without needing to
physically cover or unplug the device.

For start/stop - AS11 has an auto start/stop feature that detects mask-on events. Have you tried it (needs to be enabled in settings)?

I'll look into it, but having to use an app/web interface to start/stop therapy would, IMHO, be a bit inconvenient (at least compared to auto start/stop).

I do use auto start/stop and works great for the general case. This request is
for something auto start/stop can't cover: I sleep with a baby in the room
who's a light sleeper, and she sometimes wakes to the few seconds of rushing
air noise when I take the mask off. I currently use MyAir to manually silence
the machine right before unmasking, so removal is silent.

Auto start/stop reacts to the mask-off event itself — by the time it
triggers, the noise has already happened. A manual "stop now" I can hit a
few seconds before unmasking would solve this specifically.

Totally understand if this is low priority given it's a narrow use case just wanted to add the context for the roadmap.

I was hoping this function could be on the Waveshare device itself instead of an app or web interface. I’d keep the device right next to me, swipe on the touchscreen to access it, or long-press one of the buttons to trigger it. I’m not sure if that would be possible.
