Many fixes to EDF output, including:

• proper MaskOff values
• improved compatibility with STR.edf value mappings
• when EDF are exported, Pressure data is only saved after pressure has stabilised after initiating a session (mirrors AS11 behaviour)

Added:

• double-click the "PLUS" (right) button to stop therapy (feature request Feature Request: Remote Start/Stop Therapy + Screen Auto-Off Timer #9)
• brightness slider in Settings to control LCD brightness
• option to turn off the LCD completely during therapy (no backlight)

One thing I'd like to ask.

I've implemented a "double click the PLUS button" to stop therapy.
But we also have a Onboard QMI8658 6-axis IMU (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope) for detecting motion gesture. Maybe a "shake the ESP" option" would have been better? Thoughts?

Do I need to change anything with the current settings in SleepHQ? As mentioned previously, I have that offset set for the device, so suspect future uploads would keep getting that offset, but maybe it doesn’t? I’m just thinking that if I remove the offset from the device level, it will go away from the previous session recordings and maybe all the old ones will be off by that difference, but the new ones by SomnoTrace will be good?

That's a really good question.
And I don't know the answer, since I don't know how SleepHQ applies the offset.

I suspect (this needs testing) that they apply it at "display time" (so they still store all the values in the DB with their initial (wrong) timestamps, potentially).
IF that's the case, then once you start using SomnoTrace and remove the offset (set it to 0), then all new sessions would be time perfect, but the older ones will start showing with the original timestamps from AS-generated EDF files (time drifted).

This actually got me thinking whether I should make the "time correction" optional (for those people who already have an offset set in SleepHQ and would like to continue using this approach).

To answer your question, I prefer and like using the double click function. Shake the ESP seems a bit aggressive for this function for my use case. Maybe we could use this function for another use in the future.
