First release: Codex and Claude usage limits in the GNOME top bar.

  • Panel shows percent left (or used) for Codex and Claude, colored by threshold.
  • Popup: 5-hour and weekly windows with reset times, model-specific limits, credits.
  • Reads Codex CLI and Claude Code login files; refreshes expired tokens like the CLIs do.
  • Custom login file paths in settings.
  • GNOME Shell 48, 49, 50.

Install: gnome-extensions install --force ai-limits@igor.lysenko.shell-extension.zip, log out and back in, then gnome-extensions enable ai-limits@igor.lysenko.
