• Automatic memory recall — before every reply, Sutra finds the notes in your vault that matter to what you just said and uses them, without being asked to search. Runs locally, adds nothing when nothing fits.
• Learned skills — when you correct how Sutra did something, or it finishes a long task, it may draft a short procedure for next time. Drafts do nothing until you approve them: on the new Skills screen (on the Mac or the phone remote — read, edit, approve, reject, turn off) or by tapping approve in chat. Approved skills are versioned and never weaken approvals.

Chats, approvals (including continuing past a usage limit), Expenses, Nutrition, Workouts, routine results, settings and paired-browser management.
• Workouts app — ask for a workout and get a plan with a short video for every exercise (plays in the app, or opens YouTube). Log each session with how each exercise felt and its own weight; Sutra tells you when it's time to level up, ease off, or change the plan.
