Release 0.6.0

1. Add new language support: Rust, Golang, SQL, Shell(Bash and Zsh), Java.
2. Add Reload command: it will re-count all files in the project.
3. Add a new feature: it will display selected codes and comments count in the status bar when you select some texts in the editor.
