Polypack 3.5.0

Adds opt-in Float32 vector storage across TypeScript, Rust, and Python while retaining Float64 defaults and existing public read shapes. Includes compact Float32 persistence with v1 compatibility, explicit precision mismatch handling, and offline migration APIs.

Float32 may alter rankings due to quantization; on the measured host, the 384-dimensional 50K-vector benchmark exceeded the 5% latency target. See CHANGELOG.md for details.
