Access UserDefaults with an Enumeration

Introduces the UserDefaultsKey protocol, which attaches to an enumeration that defines all keys used to access data stored in UserDefaults.

To help work with this, this release also includes extensions to functions in UserDefaults and AppStorage to allow direct use of the UserDefaultsKey
