Review Agent Doesn't Post a Session Link

When triggering the ai-review flow, the agent fails to post the link to the live remote session. Though it does kick off and eventually comment on the target.

To clarify, most of the time it does. Sometimes it fails to. This makes me wonder if there's a non-deterministic, agent driven component here. This should be deterministic logic.

Triaged and fixed in #191.

Root cause: in runClaudeTurnRemoteControlled, the session URL is emitted the instant the transcript's bridgeSessionId line appears, but the loop returns the instant it sees turn_duration. That bridge line is written when the async registration handshake with claude.ai completes — which isn't guaranteed to happen before the turn does. Long triage turns register the bridge many polls before finishing (URL always emitted first); a fast, read-only ai-review turn can finish in the same poll window the bridge is still registering in, so whether the link is emitted at all comes down to which line the transcript flushed first. That's the non-deterministic behavior — exactly the "should be deterministic logic" you called out.

Fix: when a turn completes without the URL having been reported yet, hold it open for a short bounded grace and keep re-reading the transcript so a just-registered bridge still surfaces its link before returning. Skipped entirely on the common path (bridge registered mid-turn), and bounded so a bridge that never registers can't hang a completed review. Includes a regression test covering the "bridge line lands after turn_duration" ordering.
