hyprplus One patch 1

This is rather a big patch.
This release includes hyprland-qtutils and hyprland-qtsupport, which is needed for hyprland.
This also fix the dependency issues for hyprland to use a library that is in unstable repo.
Development-wise, this release changes all the sources version to 3.0 (native) to avoid creating a nonsensical source tarball. The renaming is also revamped, and is completely optional by not running the rename script.
