Daily target follows your reciter

• New Default reciter setting (under Daily target): one voice for the player and the portion math — your old player choice carries over automatically
• Sizes match what you hear: portions are computed from that reciter's own pace instead of an average across reciters

• Removed the old "Use in player" button from Offline Audio — it pointed at two truths

• No more mismatch: the player total is computed the same way as your daily target and honors your playback speed (e.g. 40-min target at 1.5× still shows ~40 min)
• Word timings ship with the plugin: all 6 reciters' highlight maps are included — play once online per reciter and highlighting works offline forever after
• Portion sizing also uses real reciter paces now instead of a generic estimate
