Added

• TUI installer (installer/) to install, update, and remove tagged content
  in a Cursor root. macOS and Linux; Windows later.
• Per-root manifest (.cursor-utils/manifest.json) so only owned files are
  changed.
• Separate installer-v* tags for the binary. Content stays v*.
