Protect the gains, and make sure full-size orders actually fill.

Momentum: profit lock

• Once a trade has moved +2.5% in its favour, the stop keeps at least half of the best move since entry. At +5% it keeps 65%. The stop only ever moves up.
• On beebots.tech, a +5.6% ENA run (+$32 open) faded back into a small loss. With the lock on, the same trade would have closed in profit.
• The trade-off: on jumpy coins the lock often sells earlier than a wide trail would, so expect more, smaller wins and fewer giant runs.

Momentum: adds can't make a loser

• After a DOUBLE_DOWN fills, the stop moves up to at least the new average entry. An add near the top can no longer turn a winning trade into a losing one.

Fix: orders now fit the margin

• Sizing now leaves 3% headroom under MAX_LEVERAGE x equity. At exactly 2x, isolated margin needs every cent of the balance plus the fee, and OKX rejects the order (51008 insufficient margin). A full-size Breakout entry could never fill.
• After the exchange rejects a new order, that bee now opens nothing for 10 minutes and sends one alert. It used to resend the order on every tick. Closing orders are never paused.
• OKX errors now show OKX's own message.

Three fixes to how the bees decide. They were found while reviewing the live bees on beebots.tech, where they're already running.

Fixes

• Risk after adding to a position: a bee's 1R stayed at the risk of its first fill, so after pyramiding it showed several times its real R. Jev saw the wrong number, and Trend's "add when up 1R" rule read it too. R is now the whole position's risk from the average entry to the entry stop, re-sized on every add. Open positions are corrected once on start.
• Momentum switching coins: after the 24h lock, the menu always offered "switch" to the best other coin, even when the held coin was still #1. Now a switch is offered only when another coin leads the fresh ranking and led the last two hourly checks, and never when the held coin is missing from the ranking (spread gate or missing data).
• No Jev call when there's nothing to decide: when the only legal move is to hold (a Momentum bee inside its 24h lock), the rules make the call. There's no Jev request and no cost, and the dashboard shows "required by the rules, Jev not asked". Stops and caps still fire as before.

Lighter and friendlier.

Faster, lighter engine

• Market data now comes from OKX's public REST API inside the engine, instead of starting the OKX CLI for every call. On the live beebots.tech box, engine CPU fell from 28-50% to about 4%. On a small test host, load fell from 7.4 to 0.8 and engine memory from 235 MB to 51 MB.
• A rate-limit timer that woke a hair early now retries instead of failing the call.

Bees

• The official bees' cards now read Bizzy Bee, Breezy Bee and Boozy Bee. Bees you design in Setup keep their own names.
• Setup now tells you when your bee's coins mean it runs on a different style than the one it was designed for. For example: "Breakout only trades BTC, ETH, SOL and HYPE, so with SOL and DOGE this bee runs on Momentum." Before, it switched silently.

What's in it

• One-click deploy on Hostinger, then a Setup page in your browser: the rules first, your Jev key, an owner password.
• Design each bee in a sentence. AI writes its name, trading rules and coins, and paints its portrait.
• Live dashboard: positions, P&L, fees, funding, every Jev decision.
• Join the Hive (optional, paper only): race your bees on the public leaderboard at beebots.tech.
• Update available: your dashboard tells you when a newer release is out.
